IMPAQTO Capital is launching its second fund, a private-credit vehicle scaling flexible mezzanine and revenue-based financing for impact-driven small and growing businesses across Latin America. Building on the success of its pilot Fund I, IMPAQTO Capital has demonstrated that innovative, non-dilutive capital can unlock growth, resilience, and measurable impact in underserved markets.

Through Fund II, IMPAQTO Capital will invest in enterprises advancing livelihoods, access to basic services, and inclusive climate solutions across the Andean region. Each investment integrates measurable impact objectives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and the 2X Global gender-lens criteria.

With deep roots in the region’s impact ecosystem and a proven track record, IMPAQTO Capital is bridging the “missing-middle” financing gap while strengthening local economies, promoting gender equality, and accelerating the transition toward a more sustainable and inclusive Latin America.
