We’re recruiting Reviewers, Selection Committee members and Expert Coaches for our two programmes
Accelerating Impact is currently building its external review team for the upcoming International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA) and International Social Finance Accelerator (ISFA) cohorts.
This is a paid, short-term expert role reviewing early-stage climate and social impact fund proposals, taking part in structured interviews, and helping identify standout emerging fund managers.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people with backgrounds in:
- Impact / social finance
- Fund setup or fund-of-funds investing
- Emerging manager assessment/fund due-diligence
- Climate or social investment strategies
- Blended finance and innovative fund structures

Indicative timeline for each role:
- Coaching
The coaching assignment is scheduled to run from November 2026 to November 2027, provided that the matching process can be completed early enough. Otherwise, the assignment will run for 12 months from the date of signature.
- Reviewers
The reviewers’ assignment will run from 30 November 2026 to 27 February 2027.- The main planned stages are as follows:
- Review period: from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027
- Interviews: from 11 to 29 January 2027
- The remainder of the assignment will mainly consist of ad hoc support, if needed, with no specific activities planned.

The SC assignment is scheduled to run from 2 April to 6 July 2027. Further information on the timeline and expected activities will be shared at a later stage.
