Accelerating Impact is looking for a Programme Director or Manager to lead one of our accelerator programmes, which supports emerging impact fund managers in launching innovative investment vehicles.
Based in Luxembourg, you will manage and develop the programme, guide selected fund managers from strategy through to launch, support their fundraising efforts, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. You will also contribute to the continued growth of Luxembourg’s impact finance ecosystem.
What we are looking for
✅ Experience leading or managing a comparable accelerator, incubator, venture-building, fundraising, or ecosystem development initiative
✅ Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and global impact finance ecosystem, including key stakeholders, fund structures, and market dynamics
✅ A commitment to supporting first- and second-time fund managers and bringing new impact investment strategies to market
✅ The ability to build lasting relationships across the investment, development finance, public sector, and impact investing communities
