Jekabs Vinauds joins ICFA Luxembourg as Analyst

The International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg continues to strengthen its team with the addition of Jekabs Vinauds.

The International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg (ICFA), the unique platform designed to support impact fund managers in the set-up of their investment vehicles to fight climate change, announced that Jekabs Vinauds has joined ICFA as Analyst on April 1st, 2022.

In his new role, Jekabs will support the rest of the team with programme management, marketing and administrative support.

Jekabs is finishing up his Masters in Finance and Economics degree from the University of Luxembourg, where he specialised in Sustainable Finance. Jekabs also brings 1.5 years of experience working in the fund industry in Luxembourg.

“I’m very excited to work with the ICFA team, its partners and its aspiring fund managers. This initiative is more important now than ever. Sustainable projects need the right backing and funding to reduce emissions and address current and expected effects of climate change,” said Jekabs Vinauds.
